CR Woods was contracted to provide all underground site utilities and structural building slabs. Site utilities included over 2000LF of detention cell pipe, catch basins, electrical trenching, and 9' deep bioswale. Structural concrete was over 140,000 sf of fiber-reinforced slabs poured with laser screed.
Custom Shop Slab

Scope: CR Woods was contracted to provide a 10,000sf structural slab for a shop including ground leveling due to the existing slope. Approximately 4000CY of rock was placed and compacted.
Clover Oak Ranch

Scope: CR Woods was contracted to design/build a equine boarding and training facility. Scope included rehabilitation of two existing buildings and building of two arenas, hay barn, veterinarian building, manure barn and two stables. Site utilities and concrete were self-performed as well as other aspects of the building projects. MD Barns supplied and installed arenas and stables. OnElectric provided all power, McKillip Plumbing provided water and well services, Gila Welding provided almost 2 miles of rail fencing, Willy Chavez Landscape Design provided many tasks and services for the property. Estimated completion Winter 2024.

Scope: CR Woods is the Northwest supplier and installer of EMTEK matting systems. We have provided onsite support for other matting companies, including Bridgewell Mats and Dakota Matting. This project is for Bridgewell Mats and we were contracted to lay the mats provided.

Scope: CR Woods was selected as the prime contractor of the City of Manzanita to provide a re-designed access and dumping facility for the Tillamook County Waste Department. New retaining wall, drive aisle and covered metal roofs were installed.

Scope: CR Woods was contracted by Cascade Columbia Distribution and Cornice Construction to work in tandem provide a new 12,000 sf concrete tilt up building as well as onsite utilities and grading. Over 20' of structural fill was added to create a level pad for the building.
