First formed in 1996 as CR Woods Trucking, Cindy Woods began the company with one dump truck. Her background in construction helped establish reliability and trust in many of her first clients. In 1998, after a successful career managing Les Schwab stores, Rob Woods joined his wife and the company began to grow. As they added quality personnel to help build CR Woods General Contractors, they continue to be the first choice for many of the valley’s top builders.
Barry began working for CR Woods in 2013 with the goal of learning the industry to own his own company. After being a top foreman for almost a decade, Barry is now one of the owners of CR Woods. His goal is to be your first call when a project needs doing. While not working, Barry enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Barry has been with CR Woods since 2013. With a goal to own his own excavation company, Barry is a wealth of knowledge and is able to tackle difficult projects with ease.

As the owner of CR Woods, Rob loves to tackle projects and ensures that his team of employees and contractors alike is the best around. He doesn't shy away from jumping in the trenches along side his guys, and can often be seen at 4am pours finishing concrete.
Excavation Superintendent
Reece has been with CR Woods almost from day 1. He has seen or done almost anything a jobsite can throw at him. His cool head and calm demeanor provide a steady progress that ensures timely project completion.
Concrete Superintendent
Stan has been with CR Woods since 2011 and has forgotten more about concrete than most people learn in their lifetime. His attention to detail allows us to pour many complicated items without breaking a sweat.
Excavation Foreman
Thomas (TJ) Johnson has been working with CR Woods since 2021 and immediately became indispensable and stepped into a foreman role almost instantaneously. His attention to detail and broad range of skills make him a huge asset to the team.

Easton has been with CR Woods since 2016, but has known the family for over 20 years. While starting out as a laborer, Easton quickly became a foreman due to his foresight and planning.
Project Manager
Scott has been working in excavation since he could walk. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that has helped grow CR Woods. His experience includes building logging roads, bridges, and time across the United States contracting with the military .

Kris has been working with CR Woods since 2019 as an estimator and project manager. He came with five years experience quoting and managing precast concrete projects.
