Rob and Cindy Woods
First formed in 1996 as CR Woods Trucking, Cindy Woods began the company with one dump truck. Her background in construction helped establish reliability and trust in many of her first clients. In 1998, after a successful career managing Les Schwab stores, Rob Woods joined his wife and the company began to grow. As they added quality personnel to help build CR Woods General Contractors, they continue to be the first choice for many of the valley’s top builders.
Barry and Megan Johnson
Barry began working for CR Woods in 2013 with the goal of learning the industry to own his own company. After being a top foreman for almost a decade, Barry is now one of the owners of CR Woods. His goal is to be your first call when a project needs doing. While not working, Barry enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Lead Excavation Superintendent
Reece has been with CR Woods almost from day 1. He has seen or done almost anything a jobsite can throw at him. His cool head and calm demeanor provide a steady progress that ensures timely project completion. When he's not working, Reece dreams of hunting and fishing and will take any opportunity to do either.
Lead Concrete Superintendent
Stan has been with CR Woods since 2011 and has been instrumental in our company's growth in the concrete field. His attention to detail allows us to pour many complicated items without breaking a sweat. When he's not working, Stan enjoys rooting on his beloved Portland Trial Blazers and UO Ducks.
Excavation Foreman
Brock has been with CR Woods since 2022. He started as our dump truck driver, but from his prior years in the logging industry running equipment, he became an equipment operator and then a foreman. When he's not spearheading detailed projects, Brock enjoys team roping and spending time with his wife and family.
Excavation foreman
Austin has been working with CR Woods since 2025 and took the bull by the horns as soon as he started. He set himself apart quickly by his go-to attitude and attention to detail. He has a desire to learn everything he can and is willing to do any type of work.
Estimator/Project Manager
Thomas (TJ) Johnson has been working with CR Woods since 2021 and became indispensable and stepped into a foreman role almost immediately. His broad range of skills make him a huge asset to the team in the field. He has since transitioned from being a field foreman to working in the office as an estimator.
Estimator/Project Manager
Kris has been working with CR Woods since 2019 as an estimator and project manager. He came with five years experience quoting and managing precast concrete projects.
Controller
Jesse has been with CR Woods since 2023 after leaving a illustrious career as a branch manager of multiple banks. He is a large asset to CR Woods.
Jesse is a die-hard UO Duck fan, but since he lost a bet, he now has to support the OSU Beavers. Go Beavs!
